FOLH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOLH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 251 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOLH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS16, AURKB, and CABP5. Each is linked with FOLH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLH1-to-partner and partner-to-FOLH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LGALS16 grouped by FOLH1-low versus FOLH1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOLH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOLH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
