FOCAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOCAD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOCAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRCA2, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and ETS-1. Each is linked with FOCAD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOCAD-to-partner and partner-to-FOCAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOCAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOCAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
