FNTAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNTAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,351 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNTAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPIN1, PDS5B, and RBM26. Each is linked with FNTAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNTAP2-to-partner and partner-to-FNTAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FNTAP2 versus SPIN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNTAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNTAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
