FNTA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNTA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,587 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNTA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-340P, MIR7702, and RNU6-669P. Each is linked with FNTA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNTA-to-partner and partner-to-FNTA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-340P grouped by FNTA-low versus FNTA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
