FNIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,756 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASA1, EAF2_S154, and PAIP2B. Each is linked with FNIP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-FNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
