Across TCGA cell cohorts, FNDC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,781 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FNDC8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Regulation of cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with FNDC8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC8-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation grouped by FNDC8-low versus FNDC8-high in STOMACH.
