FNDC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FNDC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN2, KRT85, and C1orf189. Each is linked with FNDC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC8-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSN2 grouped by FNDC8-low versus FNDC8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
