FNDC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNDC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4P1, MIR4445, and OR6K6. Each is linked with FNDC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC5-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4P1 grouped by FNDC5-low versus FNDC5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
