FNDC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNDC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 247 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP22, RNA5SP412, and RPSAP60. Each is linked with FNDC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC4-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP22 grouped by FNDC4-low versus FNDC4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
