FNDC3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNDC3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL51P2, IGHD3-16, and RPL30P13. Each is linked with FNDC3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC3A-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL51P2 grouped by FNDC3A-low versus FNDC3A-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
