FNDC3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FNDC3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 175 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, CBY1, and PSMC6. Each is linked with FNDC3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC3A-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCAT grouped by FNDC3A-low versus FNDC3A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
