Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FNBP4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FNBP4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher FNBP4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FNBP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where FNBP4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
