FNBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,949 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAA40, DDX55, and CPSF6. Each is linked with FNBP4 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNBP4-to-partner and partner-to-FNBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FNBP4 versus NAA40 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
