Across TCGA cell cohorts, FNBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,828 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FNBP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with FNBP4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNBP4-to-partner and partner-to-FNBP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by FNBP4-low versus FNBP4-high in BONE.
