Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FN3KRP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FN3KRP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher FN3KRP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FN3KRP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, PRAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where FN3KRP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
