FN3KRP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FN3KRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,438 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FN3KRP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint. Each is linked with FN3KRP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FN3KRP-to-partner and partner-to-FN3KRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis grouped by FN3KRP-low versus FN3KRP-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FN3KRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FN3KRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
