FN3K

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FN3K RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,459 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FN3K-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MICALL1, LIG3, and MSI2. Each is linked with FN3K in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FN3K-to-partner and partner-to-FN3K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FN3K versus MICALL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FN3K→partner) and Y-score (partner→FN3K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
