FN3K

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FN3K protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,953 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FN3K-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB40B, HID1, and C1orf115. Each is linked with FN3K in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FN3K-to-partner and partner-to-FN3K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FN3K versus RAB40B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FN3K→partner) and Y-score (partner→FN3K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
