FN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 749 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM98C, SLC29A4, and ITGAD. Each is linked with FN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FN1-to-partner and partner-to-FN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM98C grouped by FN1-low versus FN1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
