FMR1NB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMR1NB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,407 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMR1NB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Regulation of protein neddylation. Each is linked with FMR1NB in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMR1NB-to-partner and partner-to-FMR1NB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translation grouped by FMR1NB-low versus FMR1NB-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMR1NB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMR1NB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
