FMR1NB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMR1NB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMR1NB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-275P, TXNL4AP1, and RNA5SP73. Each is linked with FMR1NB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMR1NB-to-partner and partner-to-FMR1NB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-275P grouped by FMR1NB-low versus FMR1NB-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMR1NB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMR1NB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
