Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMO5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FMO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, FASN, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with FMO5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO5-to-partner and partner-to-FMO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by FMO5-low versus FMO5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
