Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FMO10P RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FMO10P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher FMO10P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FMO10P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, STAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where FMO10P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
