FMO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36B, OR5P2, and KRTAP24-1. Each is linked with FMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO1-to-partner and partner-to-FMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL36B grouped by FMO1-low versus FMO1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
