FMNL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMNL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,144 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMNL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR5, ANP32B, and POLR2A. Each is linked with FMNL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMNL3-to-partner and partner-to-FMNL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR5 grouped by FMNL3-low versus FMNL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMNL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMNL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
