FMN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Tuberin_pT1462, and eEF2. Each is linked with FMN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMN1-to-partner and partner-to-FMN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by FMN1-low versus FMN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
