Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FLYWCH2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FLYWCH2 data layer compared with 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher FLYWCH2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FLYWCH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and UVM show a favorable association.

PAAD, UVM, and UCS are the cancer types where FLYWCH2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
