FLT3LG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLT3LG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,171 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLT3LG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative T cell selection, Negative regulation of viral genome replication, and Alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with FLT3LG in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLT3LG-to-partner and partner-to-FLT3LG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative T cell selection grouped by FLT3LG-low versus FLT3LG-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLT3LG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLT3LG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
