FLT3LG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLT3LG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 479 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLT3LG-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT8P47, PRAMEF26, and MTCYBP2. Each is linked with FLT3LG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLT3LG-to-partner and partner-to-FLT3LG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT8P47 grouped by FLT3LG-low versus FLT3LG-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLT3LG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLT3LG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
