FLT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,644 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS26A, BOLA3, and MZT1. Each is linked with FLT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLT1-to-partner and partner-to-FLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS26A grouped by FLT1-low versus FLT1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
