Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLRT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,822 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLRT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CKAP4_S26, NFS1, and CBX8. Each is linked with FLRT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLRT1-to-partner and partner-to-FLRT1 results are reported.
