Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLRT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,862 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FLRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDGFB, SRSF5, and LIPG. Each is linked with FLRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLRT1-to-partner and partner-to-FLRT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FLRT1 versus PDGFB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
