FLRT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L5, KRTAP21-2, and OR6C74. Each is linked with FLRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLRT1-to-partner and partner-to-FLRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L5 grouped by FLRT1-low versus FLRT1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
