FLOT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLOT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,345 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLOT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP29, H3Y2, and RN7SL88P. Each is linked with FLOT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLOT2-to-partner and partner-to-FLOT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP29 grouped by FLOT2-low versus FLOT2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLOT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLOT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
