FLOT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLOT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,579 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLOT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, CLIC1, and RIDA. Each is linked with FLOT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLOT1-to-partner and partner-to-FLOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FLOT1 versus GNL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
