FLOT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLOT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,091 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLOT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLOT2, PIGS, and PHF12. Each is linked with FLOT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLOT1-to-partner and partner-to-FLOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FLOT1 versus FLOT2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
