FLOT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLOT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLOT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRHP3, SH3BP1, and EIF5. Each is linked with FLOT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLOT1-to-partner and partner-to-FLOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRHP3 grouped by FLOT1-low versus FLOT1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
