FLNC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLNC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLNC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, MRPL39, and CENPN. Each is linked with FLNC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLNC-to-partner and partner-to-FLNC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASF1B grouped by FLNC-low versus FLNC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLNC→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLNC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
