FLNC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLNC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,798 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLNC-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOM, MAP3K9, and ENO2. Each is linked with FLNC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLNC-to-partner and partner-to-FLNC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOM grouped by FLNC-low versus FLNC-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLNC→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLNC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
