FLG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,465 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, POLD2, and SAPCD2. Each is linked with FLG2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLG2-to-partner and partner-to-FLG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by FLG2-low versus FLG2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
