FLG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACP4, CAMSAP3, and SRRM4. Each is linked with FLG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLG2-to-partner and partner-to-FLG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACP4 grouped by FLG2-low versus FLG2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
