FLG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, RFC5, and CDCA8. Each is linked with FLG in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLG-to-partner and partner-to-FLG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by FLG-low versus FLG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
