FLG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,205 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRGAP2B, ADAMTS13, and PDE6C. Each is linked with FLG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLG-to-partner and partner-to-FLG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRGAP2B grouped by FLG-low versus FLG-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
