FLCN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,889 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, KRAS, and NRXN1. Each is linked with FLCN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLCN-to-partner and partner-to-FLCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by FLCN-low versus FLCN-high in PAAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
