Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 181 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9A2, TAS2R41, and PRR23C. Each is linked with FLCN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLCN-to-partner and partner-to-FLCN results are reported.
