FLACC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLACC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,839 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM1P9, RNU6-535P, and COX6A1P3. Each is linked with FLACC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLACC1-to-partner and partner-to-FLACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAM1P9 grouped by FLACC1-low versus FLACC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
