FLACC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLACC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,771 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R10, ANKRD61, and SZT2. Each is linked with FLACC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLACC1-to-partner and partner-to-FLACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FLACC1 versus TAS2R10 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
