FLACC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLACC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RESP18, GPR33, and OR14A2. Each is linked with FLACC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLACC1-to-partner and partner-to-FLACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RESP18 grouped by FLACC1-low versus FLACC1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
