FKRP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 686 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG1, COPS3, and CHEK2P1. Each is linked with FKRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKRP-to-partner and partner-to-FKRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG1 grouped by FKRP-low versus FKRP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
