FKRP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FKRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5B3, KRTAP11-1, and BPIFB3. Each is linked with FKRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKRP-to-partner and partner-to-FKRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5B3 grouped by FKRP-low versus FKRP-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
